This video demonstrates how Resolution Intelligence Cloud™ employs impact-based escalation criteria to automatically distribute ActOns (actionable insights) to particular personnel for review and response. We call it intelligent routing, which is the process of getting the right information to the right people at the right time.

You're probably wondering, if all of this is automated, how do we inform somebody about it? Well, we do so within the platform through the use of escalation policies. Once the process of aggregation and analysis is done, an ActOn is triggered and an individual is alerted. In this case, it's Ravi Kumar, at which point it's going to show up in his queue within the ActOns.
