You're probably wondering, if all of this is automated, how do we inform somebody about it? Well, we do so within the platform through the use of escalation policies. Once the process of aggregation and analysis is done, an ActOn is triggered and an individual is alerted. In this case, it's Ravi Kumar, at which point it's going to show up in his queue within the ActOns.
