This brings us all the way back to the asset. You can see that we have a host, utility-1, which is the asset mentioned in the ActOn. We had a service assigned to this (seen in a previous demonstration), and this ties everything together, from the asset to the service to escalation policies and routing. We often get questions regarding the impact. In the ActOn, how is it actually scored? Well, we can see here that the criticality for an asset can be set between zero and one for each, which directly affects the impact score in the ActOn.

For example, as seen here, this is not a critical system of any sort. It's a utility system, so its criticality is very low. Were it set very high, then the impact, of course, would be associated with the criticality on the asset within the ActOn.
