The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and building relationships with senior executives, including CISOs, CIOs, and VPs of Security. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients in target accounts, with a focus on senior executives.
  • Outreach: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales automation platforms to engage potential clients and set up discovery meetings with senior leadership.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with senior executives to understand their needs and position Netenrich’s solutions as the ideal fit.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Netenrich’s solutions, including Adaptive MDR, Resolution Intelligence Cloud™, and our Google SecOps offerings, to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings set.
  • Social Selling: Utilize public tools like LinkedIn, Google and other tools provided by Netenrich to engage in social selling.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry, with a track record of engaging senior executives.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
    • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex solutions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior leadership.

Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a range of great benefits to our employees: medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance benefits. The company provides 15 PTO days and 10 paid company holidays per year.

Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000.
