The Opportunity

Netenrich seeks a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs with our key technology partners, particularly focusing on driving growth through our strategic alliance with Google. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with partner marketing counterparts, creating joint marketing plans, executing co-marketing campaigns, and enabling partner sales teams to effectively position and sell Netenrich solutions. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach, generating partner-sourced leads, and amplifying our brand presence within the partner ecosystem, focusing primarily on the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key technology partners (esp. Google) aligned with overall marketing and business objectives for the US market.
  • Co-Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan, manage, and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, webinars, events, content creation, and social media activities, to generate leads and build the sales pipeline.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing counterparts at key partner organizations. Act as the primary marketing point of contact.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and provide marketing collateral, presentations, and training materials to enable partner sales teams to effectively position and sell Netenrich solutions.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to create joint messaging and co-branded marketing assets (e.g., solution briefs, case studies, web content) for partner initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the partner marketing budget, track MDF (Market Development Funds) utilization where applicable, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track the performance of partner marketing activities (lead generation, pipeline influence, ROI), and provide regular reports to stakeholders using CRM and marketing automation.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with US-based Demand Generation, Sales teams, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of partner activities with broader go-tomarket efforts.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global teams, including marketing and product teams based in India, to ensure global partner strategy alignment and leverage relevant content or programs.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on partner marketing, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns with technology partners (experience with Google Cloud or Chronicle Security ecosystem is a significant plus).
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and different partner types.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Experience creating marketing content and enablement materials for partners.
  • Proficiency with relevant sales and marketing tools: Including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot), Sales Intelligence (e.g., ZoomInfo for partner research), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems (experience is a plus).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a range of great benefits to our employees: medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance benefits. The company provides 15 PTO days and 10 paid company holidays per year.

Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings and equity awards.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000.
