As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity defenses. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in SIEM, Threat Hunting, Chronicle, SOAR, and Writing Rules, Playbooks to detect and mitigate threats, analyze security data, and develop strategies to strengthen our cybersecurity infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SIEM to analyze and monitor security events and incidents.
- Proactively engage in Threat Hunting activities to identify and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Leverage your experience to assess the organization's current security posture and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain SIEM use cases and correlation rules to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Utilize SIEM to investigate security incidents and analyze large datasets for anomalies.
- Perform regular review and analysis of security events to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain security rules and policies to ensure the integrity of our cybersecurity framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends to strengthen the organization's defense strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) operations.
- Knowledge on platforms such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, ArcSight, or similar.
- Knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat hunting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000.
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
