The Opportunity

We seek a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Demand Generation Manager to architect and lead marketing initiatives focused on generating demand, building a robust sales pipeline, and accelerating business growth within the US market. (Based on experience, this role could be elevated to a directorlevel position). This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution in campaign management and optimization to deliver measurable results and drive market expansion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, optimizing the lead-to-revenue funnel, and ensuring tight alignment with field sales and SDRs to achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other marketing functions to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market approach. This is a key role with significant opportunity to impact Netenrich's growth trajectory by owning the core demand generation engine for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy & Execution (US Focus): Develop, own, and execute integrated demand generation strategies tailored to the US market to generate qualified pipeline opportunities and achieve revenue goals. Target and engage key personas across the enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Campaign Development & Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (with a strong focus on digital channels, webinars, and account-based marketing) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across the marketing funnel.
  • Budget Management: Own and manage the US demand generation program budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Lead Management & Funnel Optimization: Define, monitor, and optimize the lead management process and funnel stages (from inquiry to MQL to SQL) in close collaboration with Sales Operations and SDR teams, including lead scoring and handover criteria.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner closely with US-based field sales teams and SDRs to ensure tight alignment between marketing campaigns, messaging, sales objectives, and lead follow-up processes. Provide insights and feedback to sales based on campaign performance and market engagement.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop, manage, and scale ABM programs targeting highvalue prospects and customers within the US market, utilizing personalized, data-driven approaches.
  • Partner Marketing Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with partner marketing to ensure technology partner marketing activities (e.g., with Google) are integrated into the overall demand generation strategy and leverage campaigns effectively.
  • Event Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with event marketing support to align the strategy for physical events (e.g., regional CXO conferences, trade shows) and virtual events (e.g., webinars) with overall demand generation goals, target audiences, and campaign themes for the US market.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize the marketing tech stack to rigorously measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI. Drive continuous optimization based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with US-based product marketing, sales, sales operations, and other marketing functions to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global teams, including marketing and product teams based in India, to ensure alignment and leverage global resources where applicable.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry. Experience operating at a senior level with potential for Director-level scope.
  • Proven experience developing strategy and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns (especially digital, webinar, and ABM) that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring, MQL-to-SQL processes, lead lifecycle management, and nurturing strategies.
  • Strong experience working directly with and aligning efforts with field sales teams, SDRs, and Sales Operations.
  • Expertise in designing, running, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Experience managing marketing program budgets effectively.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with partner marketing or event marketing functions is essential.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales technology stack: Including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot), Sales Engagement (e.g., Outreach/Gong), Intent Data (e.g., Bombora), Sales Intelligence / Data Enrichment (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay), ABM Platforms, and Analytics/BI tools.
  • Proven ability to target and engage senior executives (C-level) and technical/operational personas within IT/Security.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate tactically in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a range of great benefits to our employees: medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance benefits. The company provides 15 PTO days and 10 paid company holidays per year.

Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings and equity awards.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $160,000.
