International Women’s Day 2023: Kick Complacency to the Curb

This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is #EmbraceEquity because when you embrace equity, you will, in turn, embrace diversity and inclusion. And what will follow is inspiration and advancement for everyone: The whole becomes more than the sum of its parts.

How we #EmbraceEquity at Netenrich

The International Women’s Day community drives change and progress through key missions and aims to elevate and advance gender parity in technology and celebrate the women forging innovation.

At Netenrich, our strong core of female leaders coach, mentor, and support their fellow colleagues. Their wisdom comes from experience, hard work, and, more often than not, a few hard knocks. Their years in tech have taught them many things, not the least of which is that inspiration can spring from unexpected places and notably, from fresh and different perspectives.

This year, in honor of International Women’s Day, we invited a dynamic cast of female leaders and innovators from outside of Netenrich to not only discuss technical topics, such as cybersecurity and digital disruption, but also share insights and key turning points from their careers. Taking action to drive equality

As an equal opportunity employer (EOE), Netenrich understands that diversity and inclusion affect our ability to attract and retain top talent. We hire the most qualified individual for each open position — regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, or political affiliation — and we fully celebrate our differences and unique talents.

Our goal is to provide all employees with the tools they need to shape and advance their careers in a direction that makes sense for them. Our intent is that this week’s International Women’s Day speaker panel inspires all of our employees to achieve their goals, encourages a sense of belonging, and promotes career development.
