We help the VARs/MSPs to support their end clients with a range of service offerings delivered in packages of GOLD, PLATINUM and PLATINUM PLUS using either a Hosted or an On-Premise version of ‘Managed Workplace’. VARs/MSPs can opt for a different package for each end customer and NetEnrich delivers services to the end customer as per the package opted for by the MSP.

Depending on the package, these service offerings range from simple preventative maintenance and monitoring to full remote remediation. The preventative maintenance improves performance and provides trouble free operation, monitoring alerts when there is a problem and remote remediation to fix the problem, typically before the end-client sees the issue.
